Terms of Service

By accessing or using the HOF Pack website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

HOF Pack provides custom packaging design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services. All orders are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed upon order acceptance and invoice issuance.

All orders require a signed proof approval before production begins. By approving a proof, you confirm that all content, dimensions, and specifications are correct. HOF Pack is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Payment terms are outlined on your invoice. Orders are not released for production until payment or agreed deposit is received. Late payments may result in order delays.

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or designs you provide to HOF Pack. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it and grant HOF Pack a license to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.

HOF Pack retains ownership of all original design work created by our team. Custom designs created for your order may be used in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on correctly produced orders. If your order contains a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Approved claims will be remedied by reprint or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds on custom orders.

HOF Pack's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
