    Minimum Size

    Talk to people, not at them. Be the helpful expert, not the corporate brochure.

    Direct

    Short sentences. Active voice. Say what you mean on the first try.

    Honest

    No inflated claims. If it's 8 to 12 days, say 8 to 12 days. Precision builds trust.
